The double height rooms with exposed beams, incorporate a spacious airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a modern log burner (of course.) The two luxury bedrooms (1 Queen size double, 1 twin), include soft organic bedding and lots of fluffy pillows to ensure an excellent nights sleep . Both bedrooms have modern en suite bathrooms with generous sized showers. Under floor heating throughout, ensures both comfort and practicality. All the paints used are non-toxic and kind to the environment.
Swallows Nest is a luxury, green holiday home with the lightest carbon footprint. Boasting a 96% energy efficiency rating, a SAP 'B' rating (with CO2 emissions of a miniscule 0.44 t/year). The whole building is super insulated and has tripled glazed windows. There is also a private patio area and garden complete with table, chairs and BBQ, if you require.
