The double height rooms with exposed beams incorporate a spacious airy open-plan kitchen, dining area and living space with a modern log burner.  The two luxury bedrooms (1 Queen size double, 1 twin), include soft organic bedding and lots of fluffy pillows to ensure an excellent nights sleep. Both bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms with generous sized showers. Under floor heating throughout, ensures comfort and practicality.

Swallows Nest is a luxury, green holiday home with the lightest carbon footprint. Boasting a 96% energy efficiency rating, a SAP 'B' rating (with CO2 emissions of 0.44 t/year). The whole building is super insulated and has triple glazed windows. There is also a private patio area and garden complete with table, chairs and BBQ.
